COBBLEVERSE Celebrates 30 Years of Pokémon – 27 February 2026
Happy Pokémon Day! To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of this incredible franchise, we are launching version 1.7.30(th). The Sinnoh Saga is here, Team Galactic is tearing at the fabric of reality, and a surge of mysterious energy has birthed Raid Dens across the globe.
🚀 NEW FEATURE: Cobblemon Raid Dens
Mysterious Raid Crystals have appeared! These portals teleport you to a dedicated dimension to engage in cooperative or solo boss battles.
- Strategic Challenges: Difficulty tiers from 1 to 7 Stars. Face off against Terastallized, Dynamaxed, or Gigantamaxed Pokémon. You might even encounter Paradox Pokémon, Ultra Beasts, or, rarely, Legendary and Mythical Pokémon
- Raid HUD & Visuals: A custom overlay displays the Boss icon (with Mega support), Tier, Type, and a server-synced reset timer
- Raid Cheer System: Upon entry, you are automatically granted 9 Cheers (3x Heal, 3x Attack, 3x Defense). Use up to 3 per battle to turn the tide for you and your friends (up to 4 players)!
- Guaranteed Capture: Defeating a Raid Boss guarantees a successful catch. Tier 5-7 raids may also drop Max Mushrooms
- Custom Arena: Battles take place in a massive, exclusive arena to accommodate even the largest Gigantamax foes
- Community Feedback: We have added raids for nearly 1000 Pokémon. We need your feedback to fine-tune the balance of these encounters!
🌌 THE SINNOH SAGA: Team Galactic & The Pokémon of Myth
The fate of the world depends on your progression. You must dismantle Team Galactic’s operations a specific order to reach the “Pokémon of Myth”:
- The Wind Plant: Defeat Commander Mars to obtain the Verity Proof
- The Eterna Building: Defeat Commander Jupiter for the Acuity Proof
- Team Galactic HQ: Defeat Commander Saturn for the Valor Proof
- Final Confrontation: Challenge Cyrus to seize the Red Chain
- Spear Pillar: Use the Space-Time Radar and the Red Chain to bring the Dialga and Palkia statues to life
💧 The Lake Guardians & The Trials
- Legendary Monuments: Thanks to our collaboration with JorgaoMC, COBBLEVERSE now features a special, exclusive version of the “Legendary Monuments” mod, with features specifically tweaked for our modpack
- Unique Lake Locations:
- Lake Acuity (Glacial Chasm): Find Uxie‘s altar here. However, a Hisuian Zoroark has taken over its cavern. Defeat it to earn the Uxie Claw, which allows you to summon Uxie and obtain the Knowledge Jewel (required to reforge the Red Chain)
- Lake Valor (Arid Highlands): A Hisuian Overqwil awaits you. Clear the cavern to obtain the Azelf Fang, allowing Azelf to return and grant you the Willpower Jewel
- Lake Verity (Cherry Grove): Once Sinnoh is unlocked, you can find Mesprit’s home, currently occupied by a Hisuian Goodra. Defeat it to acquire the Mesprit Plume, bring Mesprit back and receive the Emotion Jewel
- Trial Mechanics: These lakes utilize a modified Trial Spawner system. Once the “invader” Pokémon is defeated and the trial is passed, the spawners deactivate. You must find a new lake or wait for a reset to try again
- Reforging the Chain: The Red Chain is a powerful but fragile artifact that breaks upon use. You must collect all three Jewels (Knowledge, Willpower, and Emotion) from the Lake Guardians to reforge a new Red Chain
🌙 Nightmares & Dreams: Cresselia & Darkrai
- The Mariner’s Logbook: Found in Shipwrecks, this log tells the story of Elfio (Eldritch) and his son’s nightmare. Use it to find the route to Crescent Isle, the Sailor’s home island. Defeat him to prove your worth and earn the Member Card
- Cresselia’s Altar: Use the Member Card to reach this island. Search the island’s grand hotel for Dream Strings to craft a Dream Catcher and summon the Lunar Pokémon
- The Moonlight Amulet: Gifted by Cresselia, this allows you to enter the Nightmare Dimension by sleeping while holding it
- Newmoon Island: A corrupted, dark reflection of Fullmoon Island. Every time you enter the nightmare, a freshly generated island awaits. Every player is isolated in their own nightmare instance to ensure a unique experience.
- The Nightmare Weaver: Collect Nightmare Strings to craft the Weaver and trap Darkrai. Defeating or catching it triggers a countdown to wake you up.
- Emergency Wake-up: Use a Lunar Wing to instantly escape the nightmare at any time
🔥 Stark Mountain & The Forge
- The Mountain: A massive, lava-filled labyrinth in the Nether Wastes
- The Quest: Battle Buck and Charon, one of the Team Galactic Commanders. You must recover the shards of the broken Magma Stone
- The Stark Forge: Use this specialized furnace to smelt the Magma Stone at maximum temperature using Nether lava. Only the reforged stone can summon Heatran at its altar near the summit
🐉 The Rise of Eternatus
- Galar Particle Ores: These mysterious energy-infused ores now generate across the depths of the Overworld. Mine them to collect the essence of Galar
- The Eternatus Cocoon: Once you have gathered 500 Galar Particles, head to the End Dimension to locate the massive Eternatus Cocoon. Use the particles to trigger the hatching sequence and face Eternatus in a battle of legendary proportions
🌀 Distortion World and Origin Dimension
- The Distortion World: Locate the Turnback Cave, recover Selina’s notes, and navigate broken gravity to find Giratina
- The Origin Dimension: Play the Azure Flute to reach the ancient Temple of Sinnoh. Place all 18 Plates to summon Arceus
🌋 World Exploration & New Biomes
- Manaphy’s Sunken Ruins: Located in Deep Cold Oceans. Find the Manaphy Egg, which hatches into the Mythical Pokémon after 5 minutes in a player’s inventory. Breeding Manaphy with Ditto in a Pasture is now the only way to obtain Phione
- The Flower Paradise: A rare atoll in warm oceans where Shaymin can be summoned using Professor Oak’s Letter and the scent of Gracidea Flowers
- Regi Temples & Ores:
- Split-Decision Temple: Choose between Regieleki or Regidrago. Warning: Activating one altar reduces the other to rubble!
- Snowpoint Temple: Houses the petrified Regigigas. Bring all 5 Regi Relics to break the seal
- New Ores: Added Electron Ore and Dragon Ore. These are essential for obtaining the Spark Relic and Draco Relic, used to summon Regieleki and Regidrago respectively
- Ore Buffs: They now feature emissive textures, ambient sounds, and particles to help you find them. They have also received a significant boost to explosion resistance
- Dragon Ore: Spawns within the Deep Dark biome (Y= -60 to Y=0)
- Electron Ore: Generates within Desert biomes (Y=30 to Y=90)
- Rock Ore: Updated texture and now generates within Dripstone Caves (Y=-40 to Y=40)
- Steel Ore: Generation shifted to Badlands at Deepslate levels (Y=0 to Y=-60)

- Treasures of Ruin: Wo-Chien, Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, and Chi-Yu now have their own dedicated structures. Explore the Nether to find 8 Sacred Stakes for each shrine to break the seals
- Pale Garden Biome: Pale Oak trees naturally generate Resin. Trevenant replaces the Creaking in this biome (1% Shiny rate) and drops Resin Clumps when defeated
- The Outskirt Stand: A lonely gasoline stand and diner found in Desert biomes. Inside, you’ll meet a unique merchant offering special items related to Zygarde
