To re-enable the spawn of the Ender Dragon, you first need to delete the datapack called “COBBLEVERSE No Ender Dragon.
By doing this, both the Dragon and Rayquaza will spawn in your End dimension. This solution is valid whether you are using CurseForge or Modrinth
If, instead, your intention is to eliminate Rayquaza from your End, you simply need to remove the file spawn_Rayquaza from the function folder located inside the COBBLEVERSE DP datapack.
